剛剛在 FreeBSD 上重新裝好 web + database ，隨便寫隻php卻出現
Unknown character set: 'BIG5' 的訊息。

原來在編譯 mysql 的時候要增加 WITH_XCHARSET=all 參數，不然就會碰到這種錯誤訊息，紀錄一下。
